Emergency
reports:
Vessels should report
their ship¡¯s name, nationality, time, position,
cause, course, and breakdown, etc. to VTS if any
emergency happens or is found such as traffic
accident, pollution, injury of person and breakdown
which will affect navigational safety.
Other
reports:
Vessels should report
their ship¡¯s name, position and the abnormal circumstances
found to VTS if they find abnormality of navigation
aids, obstacles to impede the safety of navigation,
floating objects and other abnormal circumstances
to impede the safety of navigation. |
