Reports on vessel¡¯s position:
Reporting line:
Line L1: the connection line between Taohua Island lighthouse and Dongtiaozui in
             Xiazhi Island
Line L2: the connection line between Shangliuwangzhong lighthouse and the              southwest end of Xiazhi Island
Line L3: the connection line between Gongshan at the southeast end of Jintang             Island and Tunizui lighthouse.
Line L4: the connection line between Xiepushan and Taipingshan lighthouse
Line L5: the connection line between the lighthouse at the north diversion dike of             Yongjiang mouth and Changtiaozui lighthouse
Line L6: the connection line between Daxie No.1 buoy at the west mouth of             Chuanshan and No.1 lighthouse
Line L7: the connection line between the Daxie Island lighthouse at the west mouth             of Chuanshan and Chuanbi Island buoy
Line L8: to the south of Liangmaoshan with the longitude line 122¡ã01.4¡äE at the             east mouth of Chuanshan

Reporting point: A beam of Xiaoyangmao lighthouse

Reporting content:
1. Vessels passing through the reporting line L1 and L4 should report their names,     nationalities, draughts and movements.
2. Vessels passing through the reporting line L2, L3£¬L5, L6, L7 and L8 should
    report their names and movements.
3. Vessels passing through the reporting point should report their names and    movements.

Reports on vessels¡¯ berthing, departing and anchoring:
Reporting content:
     vessel¡¯s name¡¢the time of getting berthed, anchored, or departure, the name of the berth and anchorage

Reporting time:
     right after getting berthed or anchored, 15 minutes ahead of departure or heaving up anchors

Piloting reports:
Reporting content:
(A) vessel¡¯s movements;
(B) time and place of starting or ending piloting, names and code names of pilots
Reporting time:
(A) required by competent authority;
(B) starting and ending piloting
By who: Pilots on board Operation reports:

Reporting content:
     name of big vessel and barge, name of barge cargo; start time and end time of transferring cargo
Reporting time: Right before and after operation

Action reports:
Reporting content: vessel¡¯s name, action¡¯s content, scope, etc.
Reporting time: Right before and after action

Emergency reports:
     Vessels should report their ship¡¯s name, nationality, time, position, cause, course, and breakdown, etc. to VTS if any emergency happens or is found such as traffic accident, pollution, injury of person and breakdown which will affect navigational safety.

Other reports:
     Vessels should report their ship¡¯s name, position and the abnormal circumstances found to VTS if they find abnormality of navigation aids, obstacles to impede the safety of navigation, floating objects and other abnormal circumstances to impede the safety of navigation.
